That’s why Cintel offers a comprehensive benefits package – one that provides employees with options which help meet their health care, financial and other needs.
Benefits: All full-time, salaried employees of Cintel are eligible for the following standard benefit package.
Health Insurance Plan: Cintel offers a comprehensive medical insurance PPO.
Disability Insurance: Cintel offers short-term disability and Long Term Disability that provides salary continuance during the disabled time.
Vacation: Employees are eligible to a vacation of up to two weeks per year.
Holidays: Employees will get nine paid holidays each Year. If an employee working at client site, they will be following the client holidays
Educational Assistance: Cintel reimburses employees 50% of the tuition fee for pre-approved, business related courses. Employees are eligible after 1 year of employment with Cintel.
Referral Fee:
The Employee Referral Program provides a monetary incentive to employees for referring qualified job candidates for selected jobs at the Cintel Systems Inc. Look for details at: Referral Form
Cintel offers a bonus for the consultants after 3 months for any referral resulting in a professional-level hire. Special referral bonus programs may be introduced from time-to-time.
